Flinders University, in association with WorkCoverSA, is conducting a 2 day intensive on the weekend 22 – 23 October 2011.

The intensive will cover the Examination, Assessment and Management of the spine. The focus of the program is to link into and extend the attendees’ practice. There are no pre-requisites for the program, but the material will build on attendees’ knowledge of the anatomy, diagnosis, investigations and the rehabilitation of patients presenting with common occupational injuries and conditions.

·                     radiology - which and when to use different modalities
·                     unusual presentations
·                     management alternatives with presentations and discussions about:

·                     chronic pain management

Presenters will include: Dr John Bastian, Dr John Cross, Dr Peter Jezukaitis, Dr Dilip Kapur, Dr Patricia Montanaro, Dr Santosh Poonnoose, Dr Matt Sampson, Dr Ian Steven along with a number of other health practitioners.
