The Don Dunstan Foundation is proud to present Dr Jackie Huggins AM, Aboriginal Activist and the Deputy Director of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Unit, University of Queensland and Mr Fred Chaney AO, Former Federal Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, 1978-80 at the 2009 Lowitja O'Donoghue Oration.  Two vibrant and eloquent speakers will join together to address the topic of 'Bringing black and white Australians together'
