In the competitive world of business, your greatest advantages come from developing and retaining your high contributing employees.  This means building strong, dedicated teams.

The ‘All About Teams’ Program is a highly energetic, engaging residential retreat.  Much of the material is delivered using games, activities and challenges.  Action plans are developed to help the team members apply the learning to their own situation.

Participants will build new networks and will also have the ability to tap into an existing network of past attendees.

Objectives of the Program

·      Increase confidence and hence effectiveness as leaders

·      Learn to communicate more effectively with others

·      Learn how teams work, expectations of leaders, values and how they impact the team.

·      Integrate what you’ve learned into the team culture: Dealing with obstacles (including people and organisational culture), developing a team charter

Who should attend

·       Middle managers/project managers wanting to increase their confidence and effectiveness.

·       Owners of small and early stage companies, who are beginning their journey as a leader and manager.

·       Emerging leaders and individuals identified with the potential to be rising stars.

The Program

This is an intensive two day program designed specifically to meet the needs of fast growth and entrepreneurial companies.  The program incorporates both indoor and outdoor activities, as well as group and individual work.  (And the occasional camp fire if the season allows!)

When:     8.15 am Thursday, 11th August till 4.30 pm Friday 12th August 2011.

Where:   Glenbarr Estate Strathalbyn.  Participants will be required to stay overnight in shared accommodation at Glenbarr Estate on the Thursday evening.

Cost:       The Program attracts a participant co-payment of $550 (inc gst) which covers all accommodation, food, drinks and activities.
