Developing an Information Memorandum can be time consuming, expensive and often very confusing. The aim of the workshop is to provide you with a basis for developing your own Information Memorandum alleviating these problems. The full day workshop assumes you have some prior knowledge of private equity and will be seeking investment in the coming months.
