Exploring the nexus of Water & Energy

To link in with the inaugural CleverGreen™ Conference & Showcase at the Adelaide Convention Centre on 15 and 16 February 2010, the Water Industry Alliance is exploring the connection between geothermal energy and water. 

Join us to hear Terry Kallis, Managing Director of Petratherm, speak about their commitment to the exploration and development of emission free, geothermal energy projects that are commercially sustainable. Terry will touch on the low carbon intensity of geothermal energy and the water/energy interface issues and opportunities.

Petratherm Limited is a world leading explorer and developer of geothermal energy based in Adelaide. Petratherm aims to develop a portfolio of quality geothermal energy projects using both conventional and engineered geothermal systems (EGS) for power and heat. The company will target projects where there is a favourable combination of geology and market conditions and introduce joint venture partners with the skills, appetite and funding ability to further develop projects through to production.
