‘As a CEO, how does my leadership impact on my Company?’

Growth and profitability don’t always come easily, but even when market conditions are right, company culture can be a major hurdle to successful growth and innovation.

Most CEOs know they have a critical impact on their company’s culture. Many struggle with the ‘maybe it is my fault’ belief. Unfortunately this usually leads to anxiety and reduced leadership confidence, with little benefit in terms of improved culture and company growth. 

This intensive workshop is designed to help CEOs understand both themselves and the impact they have on the culture of their company and its long term sustainable growth.

It is a residential workshop where CEOs work together to learn how to build and enhance company culture and how their own behaviour builds or destroys value in their business and promotes or inhibits growth.

The program provides tools for the CEO’s future use, and includes a business simulation where CEOs work together under pressure to develop a new business idea, attract talented staff and promote their business to the media.

• CEOs of established companies wanting to refresh/redirect their company culture
• CEOs of fast growth companies wanting to create the right culture to sustain growth and innovation

Program

This is a two and a half day workshop run at the Dunreath Conference Centre at Strathalbyn. The workshop runs from Thursday lunch time to Saturday afternoon, incorporating both indoor and outdoor activities, and is delivered through group challenges and reflective discussion, as well as group and individual work.

A follow-up 1 hour 1-to-1 executive coaching session is included in the program.

Cost

The workshop is funded through the Growing Global Companies Program (InnovateSA). There is a fee of $900 per participant to cover accommodation, meals and drinks.
