This full day workshop is part of the Equity Ready Program run by VCSA.

Developing an Information Memorandum (IM) can be time consuming, expensive and often very confusing. The aim of the workshop is to provide you with a basis for developing your own Information Memorandum alleviating these problems. The full day workshop assumes you have some prior knowledge of private equity and will be seeking investment in the coming months.

Content

The workshop will focus on the types of information that investors will be looking for and how to sell these persuasively in the IM and beyond.

The Workshops major themes are to:

· Introduce the IM in its various forms

· Explain the operation of IM's in the process of gaining capital

· Guide you to select the appropriate information for your IM

· Build the structure of your IM

· Presenting your IM
