 Another Free Code Session...
All's Fair in Recruitment - they are my contacts after all!

RCSA Members and their candidates and clients facing staff are bound to respect all laws including those that relate to contracts, collusion and confidential information. This has to take into account fairness and reasonableness, and contracts should not be unconscionable.

Are you contemplating a new role? Have you employed new staff? Are you aware of all the contractual and disclosure obligations you need to consider.

This free RCSA compliance WebinR, delivered by practising barrister, Andrew Wood, will provide examples of the best and worst of behaviours that have been brought to RCSA’s attention AND what you can do to ensure you are not in breach of both the Code and, more importantly, the law.

Who Should Participate?
This WebinR is relevant for all recruiters, irrespective of experience level.

This WebinR will run from 11.30am - 12.30pm on Tuesday 19th October 2010 (based on Melbourne Time).

Please note: Limited places available.
