Leadership in Action 2011

The Leadership in Action course aims to develop Leadership and Management skills in the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders in South Australia and to build mid level management capacity in growth and export oriented ICT, Electronics, Digital Content, and Creative Industries companies.

KneeDeep recognises that many dynamic enterprises reach a point where the development of middle managers and individual staff members becomes critical to the continued success of the enterprise.

Innovate SA GGC Leadership in Action program has been specifically designed to assist individuals who are in leadership positions or have the aptitude for leadership particularly in 'fast growing' companies.

The program has been developed to be very interactive. Much of the material is delivered using games, activities and challenges, which are predominantly active. The proportion of active components to formal presentation has been deliberately designed to be 75:25.
